Tonight, the COD4 admin Sumera released the groups for The party 9.

We've recieved a top 8 seat. We are facing Team Element in the last match of our group stage. We've played versus Team Element yesterday and won confidently on Backlot. We will see how it go today and i will keep u updated with the blog.

We've just played our first match versus N4NA. We faced them on Strike, which is a good map of us. They weren't really a challenge, since they are a fun team. It resulted in a 13-0 win for iQPAD.COD4

My trip started at 15:30 when i left from my place Borssele in The Netherlands. After a 2 hour drive with some traffic jams and a quick nap, I've entered the area of Eindhoven. But then Remco called me that he was at the lan waiting for me(since I had his boarding pass. So we drove to the Beursgebouw and Remco, Lieuwe and myself checked in. After we've dragged our stuff to our places, Dennis and Harrie came. We helped them with there stuff and took our sleeping gear into the sleeping area. We've walked into the city, where we ate at the Mc Donalds. Back at the lan, Mathias arrived. He was driving with the guys from Antwerp Aces. So we've helped him aswell and set up his gear. We are about to play a PCW versus DOPE.HD which will be our first lan PCW with this iQPAD line-up!

After we've played our first PCW versus DOPE.HD, the internet went offline on The Party. We had an 2-3 hour break. Between these hours, there was a fight. 2 lan members fought each other resulting in 1 bleeding nose + hand injury. With us having nothing to do with it, we continued on playing versus Team Element. Strike was a very close map, 12-12. On Backlot, we've had the upper hand in the match, resulting in a 13-5 win. Now, we are chilling behind our pc's. Mathias and Lieuwe are playing League of Legends, whilst Harrie, Remco and myself are surfing the internet. We are going to sleep soon, we've got to get up at 8. Wake up relaxed and keen on our tactics a little bit more. The compo is planned to start at 10 AM. Good night!

Harrie, Lieuwe and myself just woke-up after a short night. We've barely slept, although we are quite fit because we are motivated to play and do our best. Last night, we've had a fun night. With a lot of banther going on between each other, our motivation and team spirit is optimal. With our first match starting at 10:00 AM, we are currently waiting for Mathias and Remco to wake up, so we can go and get our breakfast.

So we went to the Albert Heijn to get some food and walked back with Danny and rick from NedMadness. The compo started at 10:00 for all of us and we had to play versus N4NA. Didn't really had any difficulties with that, since they are playing for fun. Strike was 13-0 in favour for iQPAD. We've just waited over 1 1/2 hour for the next match, S5 were playing Element, resulting in a 13-0 win for Team Element. Screens are coming soon ;)

After a couple PCW's played, we were going into the brackets quite confident. We've had to face Antwerp Aces, whom are the top contenders of this event. The map gave us a very satisfied result,9-13 for Antwerp Aces. We were forced to play in the Lower Brackets. The first game we've played, was versus SafetyFirst+, which ended up with a good 13-2 for Infinitus Esports.

Followed by that, we had to face GameLimited, whom were knocked out by Element after 1 overtime overtime with an all suprising ending score of 16-13.

The GameLimited side was known to the whole scene for reaching the top 4 at AEF with this very similar Lineup.

So the game took place. We've had alot of cinfidence going in this war. Gamelimited took the first knife round, which is the VETO knife round, and we took the side knife round.
We've had to play Strike versus them.
After a very good first-half on the defense side for Infinitus Esports, we've ended with a scoreline if 6-6.

Unfortunately, we were a bit nervous and we completely messed up the attack side. We didn't practice the attack side at all.
The second half went fast. Gamelimited took 4 rounds in a row. Even though we've called a timeout to talk over some tactics, this didn't affect the Gamelimited side at all. We've lost 6-13 to them and we are happy with that. We know we could give it a closer game, but we've messed it up ourselves and Gamelimited overplayed us with the experience and tactical skills. Our COD4 tournament stopped here.:(

After that, we all did some things for our own. Mathias and Lieuwe did some games of LoL, Harrie and myself went to play Trackmania and Remco specced us and joined in eventualy. We went to bed at about 0:30 AM, since we were prity tired.

We woke up at 08:00 today. Whell woke up, Harrie poked me in urge, saying that I needed to look at this. Dennis wasn't feeling well and he threw up. We've helped him clean up and went to the bathroom with him. After that, we've played some games of Trackmania and watched the finals between Antwerp Aces and GIWU. GIWU took the final with a score of 13-7. Congratz to them!

Right now, I'm sitting home again. Just took a shower because we were sticky as hell from the sweaty LAN-area.

This concludes my blog. Sorry I didn't upload some more earlier, was my fault ;)

Our LAN-packs will be uploaded tomorrow and will contain all the demo's from our players with their configs used.

I would like to thank Harrie, Lieuwe, and Remco for coming over. But i'd like to thank Mathias the most for mercing with us throughout this event! Also I'd like to give a shoutout to our sponsors, RTL-Servers, Hexr, Immortal-Servers and QPAD.

The next lan should be either Fatlan or E-eseries. Else we will bootcamp in May sometime!
