Following the what only can be described as average group 
iQpad.COD4 were given, they came to face dF|, TAGUP and R!ve in the playoffs, winning the first two games easily. R!ve being more of a challenge, we came back from 12-7 down, to draw 12-12 therfore moving to a MR3 overtime. Following winning the first half of overtime 3-0 R!ve managed to bring it back to 3-3 sending it to a second overtime, where unfortunatley they managed to beat us 4-1, Sending iQpad.COD4 down to the lower bracket to face who?, where persistance prevailed and we gained an easy victory over them winning 13-4.
The next game however would be much more of a challenge vs Stimulus Gaming, Stim with a strong lineup for this lan including 2 members standing in from Reason Gaming. Again the teamwork payed off for iQPAD:COD4 and a victory over Stim was gained, with the final score being 13-10.
Meanwhile R!ve had been playing Dignitas losing out to them 13-6, so we were now to face R!ve again in the consolodation final. A win against them would see iQpad.COD4 sent through to the Grand final. With a really strong start iQpad.COD4 went 9-3 up at half time. Following the start of the second half they seemed to loose momentum and let R!ve pull it back to 9-6 until StuwOw pulled off a fantastic 2v1 and knocked the team back into gear accomplishing a convincing 13-7 victory. Sending iQpad.COD4 into the Grand Final vs Dignitas.
The final saw a strong start from Dignitas but iQpad:COD4 were only narrowly losing the rounds. At half time the score saw Dignitas 7-5 up on defence. The second half began with iQpad:COD4 on defence but again Dignitas proved too strong with the final score finishing 13-7.
I would personally like to thank QPAD for providing us with shirts and some other goodies for the event, and congratulate Dignitas on the win.
Well done iQpad.COD4 I'm sure you will beat them next time!!
